Role: SEO Specialist

About the role:
- Take charge of complete organic growth: technical + on-page + off-page SEO, instrument analytics (GSC, GTM, GA4), build Looker Studio dashboards, and use AI to scale high-quality content.
Responsibilities:
Technical SEO
- Crawl & indexation: sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical, hreflang, redirects, pagination.
- Core Web Vitals monitoring with devs; fix CLS/LCP/INP issues; schema markup & rich results.
- Log/coverage analysis via Google Search Console; resolve index & manual action issues.
On-page SEO
- Information architecture, internal linking, meta & header hygiene, content pruning.
Create content briefs & outlines mapped to search intent and topical clusters.
Off-page SEO
- Quality-first link acquisition & digital PR; competitor gap analysis; toxicity checks.
Analytics & Instrumentation
- Own GTM containers (GA4, events, consent, custom HTML where needed).
- Design GA4 events/conversions, funnels, UTM governance; QA data integrity.
- Build/share Looker Studio dashboards for exec and ops views.
AI-assisted Content
- Use LLMs to draft outlines/first passes; ensure people-first, original content with human edit; maintain tone & factual accuracy.
Reporting & Strategy
- Monthly SEO roadmap, experiments, and impact reports tied to business KPIs.
Must-have skills
- 3–4 years hands-on in technical + on-page + off-page SEO.
- Strong with GSC, GTM, GA4, Looker Studio.
- Keyword research, SERP/intent analysis, topic clustering, brief creation.
- Comfortable using AI models (e.g., for outlines/drafts), with solid editorial judgment.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS basics; ability to brief developers clearly.
- Excellent written English and documentation.
- Experience with structured data (schema.org), Core Web Vitals optimization, and site migrations.
Good-to-have
- Familiarity with WordPress or headless stacks.
- Exposure to Ahrefs/Semrush/Sistrix or similar.
KPIs you’ll own
- Growth in non-brand organic sessions & qualified leads.
- % keywords in Top 3 / Top 10; CTR uplift from title/meta tests.
- Core Web Vitals pass rate; index coverage & crawl efficiency.
- Backlink quality growth (relevance/authority), not just volume.
Work mode & location
